First time shooting bowling
There’s always a time for firsts, and this past weekend was my first time to shoot bowling, at the Michigan High School State Bowling Championships:
The event was held at Airport Lanes in Jackson, Mich.
I couldn’t use flash for most of the competition, and had to keep very far away, so my 300mm lens was essential.
This young man won the whole thing in the end.
The girls competed at the same time.
Some kids had very interesting form.
Frustration with performance.

By the time of the final rounds, all eyes were on a few.
